Job summary

Xport Outfit Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian apparel manufacturer specializing in custom sportswear, uniforms and promotional apparel.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who enjoys both creative design and production artwork, with hands-on experience in AI-assisted workflows and social media content creation. You will adapt artwork for production, design jerseys and logos, produce mockups, and support marketing with graphics for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience with AI design tools (advantage).
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adapt customer artwork into production templates using Illustrator.
• Resize artwork for different garment sizes.
• Export print-ready files for production.
• Check artwork quality before production.
• Organize production files and document properly.
• Design jerseys, uniforms, apparel graphics, logos and patterns.
• Produce realistic apparel mockups for customer approval.
• Assist in developing new apparel concepts and collections.
• Create graphics for social media and promotional campaigns.

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who enjoys both creative design and production artwork. You will gain hands-on experience in apparel design, production preparation, AI-assisted design workflows, and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

Production Design

Adapt customer artwork into production templates using Adobe Illustrator.

Resize artwork for different garment sizes.

Export print-ready files for printing production.

Check artwork quality before production.

Organize production files and maintain proper documentation.

Apparel Design

Design jerseys, uniforms, apparel graphics, logos and patterns.

Produce realistic apparel mockups for customer approval.

Assist in developing new apparel concepts and collections.

Marketing Support

Create graphics for social media and promotional campaigns.

Assist in preparing content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Work with the marketing team on branding materials.

Use AI design tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Work closely with production and customer service teams.

Continuously improve design quality and workflow.

Requirements
