Qualifications

Proven experience in sublimation printing or related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of color theory and printing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of fabric types and sublimation compatibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process designs for sublimation, including image setup and color management.
Develop original apparel designs suitable for sublimation printing and brand identity.
Conduct quality checks for color accuracy and design fidelity.
Prepare print-ready artwork files and templates with correct color format, resolution, and size.
Collaborate with clients or sales to create custom designs based on specifications.
Troubleshoot sublimation printing issues like color inconsistencies and file compatibility.
Provide design proofs to clients and obtain approval before production.
