Job summary

MySub Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Sublimation & Apparel) in Klang to prepare print-ready vector files, match colors with CMYK standards, and scale artwork across sizes while preserving design integrity. You will maintain organized archives and support a fast-moving production team.

Candidates should have 2+ years in apparel-related graphic design, strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and a hands-on willingness to learn sublimation processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in apparel, print production, or dye-sublimation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for vector work.
• Basic understanding of sublimation printing or a willingness to learn the production side quickly.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure logos, text, and patterns align across panels and size gradations.
• Good time management to juggle multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• File Preparation: Prepare flawless, print-ready vector files for printing and heat-press teams.
• Color Matching: Ensure colors are set up correctly according to CMYK profiles and color charts.
• Size Scaling: Scale artwork across garment sizes while maintaining design integrity.
• File Organization: Maintain organized design archives with proper naming conventions and version control.
• Manage team: Ensure timely task progression within the team.
