Senior Graphic Designer cum Traffic Controller

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Graphic Designer cum Traffic Controller to support creative execution while overseeing the workflow, scheduling, and coordination of design projects. In this full time remote roll requires a strong creative eye, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing and event activation environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality creative materials, coordinating design resources, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring all creative deliverables meet client expectations and production requirements.

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design digital assets for technology leaders including web and mobile sites, eDMs, social media content, banner ads, and more
• Create visually stunning and interactive web and mobile sites that bring out content and compel the target audience to act
• Create interactive or immersive brand experiences while ensuring consistent branding across multiple digital touch points
• Support the team in high-profile projects and pitches, as well as adaptation projects
• Create on-ground experiences, exhibit designs, and event assets

Traffic Management / Project Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact for creative brief intake, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Create, manage, and optimize workflow schedules to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Coordinate between copy, design, account servicing, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Flag potential delays or bottlenecks early and propose solutions.
• Maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workamajig) to keep teams updated on project status.
