Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to bridge storytelling with digital effectiveness. You will shape visual concepts across channels and mentor junior designers while collaborating with developers and digital specialists to ensure feasibility and strong performance.

You will guide design quality, push creative boundaries, and contribute to a culture of curiosity, delivering portfolio-ready results across social media, banners, and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic or digital design experience in social media, banners, and marketing materials.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior designers preferred.
• Familiarity with Figma or modern design tools an advantage.
• Interest or basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using AI tools for image generation, ideas, and strategy support.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client briefs to understand the real problem before execution.
• Lead development of original visual concepts across channels.
• Mentor junior designers and guide their professional development.
• Create designs for digital use, including social posts and banners.
• Collaborate with developers and digital specialists to ensure feasibility and performance.
• Support pitch and new business activities with strong creative ideas and mock-ups.
