The ideal candidate has 2+ years in senior activation roles, strong communication skills, and a proactive team-player mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communications/Event Management.
• 1+ year of relevant experience for Brand Activation Executive, 2+ years for Senior Brand Activation Executive.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute events and brand activation campaigns from start to finish.
• Contribute ideas and solve creative challenges during brainstorming and development.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and on-ground execution for flawless delivery.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, coordinating status updates and post-campaign reviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and execute events and brand activation campaigns from start to finish.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions during brainstorming and campaign development.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and on-ground execution to ensure flawless delivery.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, leading project coordination, status updates, and post-campaign reviews.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for a Brand Activation Executive role, and 2+ years for a Senior Brand Activation Executive role.
