M+C Saatchi KARSA in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a mid-level brand designer to help build brands across diverse industry portfolios. If you’re passionate about ideas, design, and making a cultural impact, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll brainstorm, conceptualise, and produce visuals—from brand films to key visuals and campaign collateral—while staying ahead of design trends. You’ll manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure every deliverable aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related working experience in an advertising agency.
• Excellent portfolio of designs demonstrating creativity and originality.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming, conceptualising, ideating, and executing creative briefs with the team.
• Produce high-quality visuals—brand films, key visuals, and ATL and BTL collateral.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and technologies.
• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, effectively managing time and prioritising tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Accountable for the work assigned by the creative team and ensuring all work is as per brand guidelines and platforms.
• Active involvement in creative pitches and campaign proposals.

Job Responsibilities

• Brainstorming, conceptualising, ideating, and working with a team to execute creative briefs

• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, effectively managing time and prioritising tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs
• Accountable for the work assigned by the creative team and ensuring all work is as per brand guidelines and platforms.
• Active involvement in creative pitches and campaign proposals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, and AE)
• 3-5 years of related working experience in an Advertising agency
• Multi-tasker and able to work independently in a fast-turnaround environment
• Excellent portfolio of designs demonstrating exceptional visual creativity and originality.
• Strong core skills in establishing visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour effectively
• Strong understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage
