Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong design sensibility and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life. In this role, you’ll be hands‑on in design execution, while contributing to the development of impactful visual concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate marketing goals into creative concepts, visuals, and layouts
• Leverage AI tools to streamline design processes, generate creative ideas, or enhance visual storytelling
• Be hands‑on in crafting designs across various media (digital, print, packaging, etc.)
• Support the development of campaign ideas with strong visual storytelling
• Collaborate with senior creatives, marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and effective work
• Ensure consistency in brand look and feel across all design outputs
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve your craft

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and a creative mindset
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand feedback and improve quickly
• Positive attitude, openness to learning, and a proactive team spirit
• Experience using AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) and know how to apply them in professional design workflows
