Job summary

JINS HEALTH GROUP SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive F&B Operations Executive to support daily outlet operations, coordinate teams, implement SOPs and training, and help ensure smooth service across outlets.

You will work with internal teams, monitor reports and records, and assist during peak periods or new store openings while traveling to outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in F&B Management, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in F&B or retail operations is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Familiar with outlet operations, SOP implementation and daily checks.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to outlets to provide operational support.

Responsibilities

• Daily Outlet Follow-Up: follow up with outlet PICs on daily operational requirements.
• Check submission of reports, checklists and required photos.
• Follow up on incomplete or missed tasks; escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain outlet operational records and filing; compile logs and reports.
• Distribute new SOPs and instructions to outlets; gather feedback.
• Visit outlets for routine checks and support daily operations.
• Arrange staff training schedules and track completion.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized F&B Operations Executive to support the smooth daily operations of our outlets. You will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across outlet operations, team coordination, training and SOP implementation, while working closely with the internal team. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Outlet Follow-Up

Follow up with outlet PICs on daily operational requirements.

Check whether reports, checklists and required photos are submitted.

Follow up on incomplete or missed tasks.

Escalate repeated or serious issues to the Assistant F&B Operation Manager.

Documentation & Records

Maintain outlet operational records and filing.

Compile temperature logs, cleaning records, wastage records, sampling records and other reports.

Ensure outlets are using the latest SOPs and forms.

Update operational trackers.

SOP Implementation

Distribute new SOPs and instructions to outlets.

Explain basic requirements to outlet PICs.

Check implementation and collect feedback from outlets.

Report implementation issues for further improvement.

Outlet Support

Visit outlets for routine operational checks.

Support outlet PICs with daily operational issues.

Check cleanliness, grooming, product preparation and documentation.

Assist during peak periods, events or new store opening when required.

Training Coordination

Arrange staff training schedules.

Track completion of training.

Conduct basic SOP refreshers and operational training.

Maintain training records.

Manpower Coordination

Compile staff schedules and attendance issues

Follow up manpower shortages with outlet PICs.

Coordinate interview arrangements and onboarding documents.

Maintain basic manpower records.

Operational Coordination

Coordinate stock, equipment, maintenance and supplier follow-ups.

Follow up outstanding operational requests.

Ensure actions assigned by the Assistant F&B Operation Manager are completed within the required timeline.

Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in F&B Management, Business, Hospitality or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with F&B or retail operations experience will be an added advantage.

Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Familiar with outlet operations, SOP implementation and daily operational checks.

Good in documentation, reporting and maintaining records.
