Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment, from talent search to offer, across Asia. You will partner with business leaders, design source strategies, and drive process improvements to deliver high-caliber hires.

You will manage passive candidate pipelines, conduct in-depth interviews, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a strong service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum eight years in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Expert knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and compliance.
• Ability to recruit across Asia and multiple locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Asia regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and expectations.
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines and market insights.
