Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Regional hiring experience across multiple countries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• Startup experience is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across channels.
• Source and identify candidates through online platforms and networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit and culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes.
• Enhance employer brand through content, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
