The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years HR generalist and payroll experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in multinational environments, including Singapore payroll exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5–8 years HR generalist and payroll experience.
• Excellent understanding of insurance and taxation schemes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence leaders with gravitas to act as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with large teams.
• Experience of working in a multinational organisation.
• Experience managing Singapore payroll, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan monthly payroll activities and monitor execution.
• Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with team and stakeholders for payroll inputs.
• Review payroll reports and reconciliations independently.
• Plan year-end adjustments with payroll vendors and ensure compliance.
• Handle statutory filings and audits and maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
