Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related field required.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and Malaysia customs is an advantage.
• Experience with LMW operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import/export declarations and ensure shipping docs are complete.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for quotations and shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents for timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or customs issues.
• Maintain shipping records, inventory reports, and performance metrics.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy before payment.
• Support annual stock take and cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve logistics processes.
• Handle inquiries about shipment status and schedules.
