Gentle Supreme Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Inbound Logistics Lead to oversee end-to-end inbound logistics, import operations, and collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient arrivals.

You will manage import documentation and customs clearance, monitor performance, optimize costs, and drive continuous process improvements, with 3–5 years of experience and 2–3 direct reports. Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in logistics/FMCG.
• 3–5 years’ inbound logistics experience.
• Experience leading 2–3 direct reports.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inbound logistics: planning, tracking, coordination, and execution.
• Oversee import docs, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues, and optimize timelines.
• Manage carriers and 3PL: contracts, KPI, scorecards, reviews.
• Analyze costs, prepare freight and performance reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse to optimize receiving and inventory.
• Drive continuous process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
