Job summary

Omya Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Specialist Learning & Development to coordinate and execute global and regional L&D operational activities, support program administration, and maintain accurate learning data and reporting. Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, Learning & Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Specialization or coursework in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, adult learning, instructional design, HR systems or learning management systems is beneficial.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Talent Management, shared services, service delivery or a related operational role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned global and regional Learning & Development operational activities on time according to work instructions, SLAs and quality standards.
• Support administration of global and regional learning programs, including session setup, enrolment tracking and completion monitoring.
• Maintain accurate learning data in HR systems and LMS and prepare standard reports and KPI inputs.
• Support rollout of learning programs, coordination with internal SMEs, facilitators and vendors.
• Respond to standard and complex L&D queries from employees, managers and stakeholders and provide guidance on process steps and documentation.
