Job summary

Omya is seeking a Learning & Development Operations Specialist to manage global and regional L&D activities, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with HR stakeholders and vendors. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, process adherence, and timely delivery of learning programs.

The incumbent will administer the learning catalogue, track enrolments and completions, maintain documentation, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within a regional scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering global/regional L&D operations within SLAs and quality standards.
• Experience managing learning programs, enrolments, attendance tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with learning content, courses, campaigns and curricula administration.
• Ability to maintain accurate learning data in HR systems and LMS tools.
• Strong communication with HR stakeholders, vendors and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global and regional L&D activities to meet defined work instructions and SLAs.
• Administer learning catalogue, courses and campaigns across regions.
• Prepare and update learning documentation, templates and operational materials.
• Produce standard global/regional L&D reports and KPI data for monitoring.
• Support vendor coordination and supplier performance feedback.
