Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group in Penang is seeking an Immigration Consultant to support the Immigration Department, handling day-to-day functions and coordinating with authorities on visa and immigration cases. You will prepare documentation for ESD, MDEC, MOFA, and related bodies while delivering high-level client service.

The role requires fluent English, strong MS Office skills, and at least 3 years of immigration experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant immigration work experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the Immigration Department.
• Manage client immigration, visa, translation, and related processes.
• Coordinate with authorities and assist in case movement.
• Prepare immigration documents for authorities (ESD, MDEC, MOFA, MOE, MIDA).
• Provide administrative support and back up for team meetings.
• Liaise with Mobility Consultants and clients on immigration matters.
