We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to provide professional, timely and accurate immigration advice to corporate clients and individuals regarding visa options and related immigration matters.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end immigration cases, ensuring applications are accurate and compliant with immigration requirements, contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide end-to-end immigration services for work and residence authorization applications.
Advise clients on visa options and related immigration requirements.
Prepare complete and accurate visa and immigration applications for submission.
Manage client expectations and ensure services are delivered according to agreed contractual requirements and KPIs.
Monitor document expiry dates and provide timely reminders to clients.
Maintain accurate case information and records in relevant databases.
Ensure proper filing and archiving of immigration cases in accordance with ISO requirements.
Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries from applicants, HR/Mobility teams, internal stakeholders and government authorities.
Ensure services are delivered according to the agreed Scope of Work (SOW).
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Immigration and relevant government authorities.
Keep updated on changes to immigration policies, procedures and requirements.
Support cross-selling of other mobility services where appropriate.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant immigration experience.
Current registration as an Immigration Consultant where required by local legislation.
Strong knowledge of immigration, visa and work/residence authorization processes.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant industry experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position.
