Job summary

Quintus Search is seeking a Senior Export Sales Manager to drive growth in regional markets and hit annual targets from its base in Malaysia. You will lead collaborations with distributors, meet clients, and guide customer service, planning and logistics to ensure timely shipments.

Travel across long distances is required to attend exhibitions and grow opportunities, while leveraging industry knowledge to build credibility with customers and negotiate favourable export terms.

Qualifications

• Background in marketing, sales, business administration or management.
• Extensive export sales knowledge in FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the regional market and hit annual targets.
• Establish relationships with distributors in export markets.
• Lead customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure proper shipments.
