Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Markets and Collateral management business.
• Cross asset class knowledge incl. IR, Equity & Credit Derivatives, FX, Repos, SBL, structured products.
• Familiar with ISDA Credit Support documents and collateral assets (cash, bonds, equity, LOC).
• Experience in managing offshore operations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Review root causes of margin disputes while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong credit risk management.
• Support portfolio reconciliation to ensure compliance with regulations (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, HKMA).
• Identify process and system improvements and drive implementation with management and tech teams.
• Prepare and present governance information for Front Office stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; provide expert guidance.
