Job summary

FWD Group invites an experienced Investment Operations leader to supervise day-to-day activities across front-to-back trade lifecycle, ensure timely settlements, and manage collateral workflows. You will collaborate with custodians, fund managers, and Bloomberg AIM to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of financial products, ISDA/CSA execution, and proven leadership of mid-size teams in an investment operations setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in middle office operations, collateral support, trading processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment operations and trade lifecycle activities.
• Perform trade settlement, post-trade support, and reconciliations.
• Manage collateral and margin processes, ISDA/CSA documentation, and related compliance.
