Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Senior Client Operations Officer, Fund Distribution, to manage transfer agency transactions, data accuracy, and client service within the Fund Distribution team. Located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the role collaborates across teams to ensure timely processing and adherence to client SLAs.

The candidate will contribute to ongoing process improvements, review risk and policy documents, and support the Supervisor to cover shifts as needed in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Transfer Agency or financial services operations.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent required.
• English proficiency (written/spoken) required.
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate transactions in transfer agency and fund distribution workflows.
• Dispatch documents and manage client queues to meet SLA.
• Provide high-quality client service and accurate data to fund managers.
