Job summary

Mills Recruitment is seeking a Senior Functional Solution Analyst for the payment domain in Malaysia. You will bridge business needs with technology, translating requirements into functional specifications and system workflows.

You will collaborate with business users, developers and stakeholders through the project lifecycle, develop test plans, support UAT, and provide deployment and post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth stabilization in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional Solution Analysis in banking or systems development.
• Knowledge of Functional Solution Analyst responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and workflows.
• Analyze business and system impacts, identify dependencies, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Solution Analysis, banking operations, or system development.
• Knowledge or experience in Functional Solution Analyst (FSA) responsibilities.
• Exposure to payment banking, including domestic or cross-border remittance, is an advantage.
• Accredited tertiary qualification.
