Job summary

Pan Asia Software Solutions in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Functional Solution Analyst to lead product vision and translate business requirements into actionable solutions for Cards / Cardlink / LOS / Payment domains. This on-site, full-time position requires 5+ years of experience in related roles.

You will work with business stakeholders, UX designers, engineering teams and QA to define roadmaps, manage backlogs and ensure solutions meet goals and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Systems or related field.
• Experience in digital transformation or onboarding processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of UX/UI and customer journey mapping is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, gather business requirements and ensure delivery of digital products.
• Define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure regulatory compliance of solutions.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA and stakeholders to translate needs into features.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specs.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
