Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of analytical experience with at least 2 years in financial analysis.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and manage commission/bonus calculations across units.
• Coordinate with accounting for balance sheet accruals of sales incentives.
• Support design changes to sales incentive plans with HR and business units.
• Maintain incentive tools and perform payout simulations.
• Prepare sales productivity analyses to inform management decisions.
• Map customer to sales hierarchies for accurate incentive measurement.
• Collaborate with HR and sales to ensure accurate payouts.
• Assist in annual budgeting processes.
