Job summary

The role focuses on managing sales incentive programs, analyzing performance, and supporting strategic decisions across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales commission and bonus calculations across business units.
• Perform analysis on sales performance and incentive effectiveness.
• Support the design and enhancement of sales incentive plans.
• Partner with accounting teams on accruals and financial reporting.
• Conduct simulations for commission and bonus payouts.
• Maintain sales incentive tools and systems.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
