Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst (SEA Sales Compensation) to join our FP&A team. This role plays a critical part in managing sales incentive programs, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across Southeast Asia.

You will work closely with Finance, HR, and Sales teams to ensure accurate commission payouts, provide insights, and continuously improve incentive structures.
