Job summary

SC Johnson in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Regional FP&A Manager – Sales to translate commercial strategies into disciplined financial plans and influence investments, pricing, and resource allocation for profitable growth across ASEAN markets.

You will lead the Sales Finance team, deliver budgeting and scenario modeling, and work with country managers and sales leaders to enable swift, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of direct/relevant FP&A or finance experience.
• Strong ability to translate commercial strategy into financial plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and business counsel for assigned sales account teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare forecasts and pricing scenarios, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial analysis, variance commentary, and ROI assessments.
