Job summary

Power Integrations is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Malaysia. You will drive revenue and margin analytics, support month-end close, and participate in worldwide budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, with strong Excel and Oracle/BO skills. Healthy collaboration across regions and proactiveness are key to providing strategic insights and driving efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, accounting, or related finance role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience with Oracle, BO, and PowerPoint; Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Advanced Excel with dynamic analyses, lookups, SUMIF, nested IF, PivotTables.
• Professional English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and margin analytics and ad hoc business analysis.
• Assist consolidation of commentary and FP&A calendar management.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Assist worldwide budget, quarterly forecast, and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyze spending drivers to forecast expenses and identify trends.
• Identify process improvements and drive value-added analyses.
• Support leadership with complex ad hoc analyses and projects.
