Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/Oracle/PowerPoint skills, and Malaysia-based experience. The role focuses on process improvement and value-added insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning and analysis or related finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and standards.
• Experience with Oracle, Business Objects and PowerPoint; Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Advanced Excel; dynamic analyses using lookups, SUMIF, nested IF and PivotTables.
• Fluent English with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Malaysia-based finance/SSO/manufacturing/tech experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with global or regional teams across time zones.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and margin analytics, including data-intensive projects.
• Assist corporate reporting and flux commentary for auditors.
• Support month-end close activities and accrual management.
• Contribute to worldwide budgeting, quarterly and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze spending drivers and forecast expenses with insights.
• Update actuals vs. budget and guide forecast adjustments.
• Identify process improvements to create efficiencies.
• Provide strategic ad hoc analyses for leadership.
