Job summary

Tiny Joy Baby is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and workshop activities at our facility in Malaysia. You will assist the Engineer in planning and executing both scheduled and breakdown maintenance, while leading a team of technicians and contractors.

The role requires experience with heavy machinery (e.g., shovel, wheel loader, excavator, JCB/backhoe loader) and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and uptime.

Qualifications

• Certificate or qualification in Mechanical Fabrication, Welding, Pipework, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as an Assistant Foreman, Senior Technician, or similar position.
• Experience repairing shovel / wheel loader, excavator and JCB / backhoe loader is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and workshop activities.
