Atomic Recruitment SEA is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager in Malaysia to drive new customer acquisition, expand market coverage, and grow revenue within the B2B food ingredient sector. You will engage procurement, R&D, and technical stakeholders to deliver sustainable sales growth.

You will build and manage strategic accounts across beverage, bakery, dairy, and related food manufacturers, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure project success.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience within the B2B food ingredient industry.
• Proven track record of selling food ingredients, raw materials, or functional ingredients to food and beverage manufacturers.
• Experience managing complex key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
• Exposure to specialty ingredients, dairy ingredients, beverage ingredients, functional powders, or related food ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• Build and manage relationships with Procurement, R&D, Technical, and Commercial teams at customer organizations.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand customer coverage and geographic presence.
• Generate, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through commercialization.
• Coordinate product sampling, customer trials, and commercial discussions to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing recommendations for customers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely support and successful project execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews, and presentations for management.
