Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and drive regional business development strategy for DKSH's F&B Ingredients in APAC.
• Lead sales development of formulated VAM products across Asia Pacific.
• Direct country-level sales projects and strategic initiatives in line with regional priorities.
• Coach country leaders on sales opportunities and key accounts.
• Design and deliver training for local sales and technical teams to build regional capability.
• Drive adoption of commercial best practices across countries.
• Own regional project pipeline governance and follow-up.
• Chair monthly regional reviews with country teams to track performance and blockers.
• Shape regional segment strategy for F&B ingredients with KPIs and clear initiatives.
• Influence product roadmap and innovation to support new client pitches.
• Lead onboarding of new regional clients and execution of product launches.
• Partner with marketing on regional campaigns and content.
