Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in marketing, business development, sales, key account management or related commercial role.
• Proven track record in marketing campaigns, lead generation, customer acquisition or business development with measurable results.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, branding, market research and analytics tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled in relationship management, sales support, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, B2B sales or distribution is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian or Southeast Asian market and readiness for long-term career growth are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies aligned with business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and develop strategic partnerships across B2B and FMCG channels.
• Manage key accounts and customer relationships to improve retention, revenue and market penetration.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
• Develop marketing content, sales proposals, business pitches, product positioning and promotional materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, administration and production teams to deliver campaigns and customer requirements.
• Monitor marketing performance, sales pipeline, budgets, KPIs and return on investment, and prepare management reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and business networking activities.
