Qualifications

• Knowledge of fixed assets accounting and depreciation.
• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fixed assets sub-ledger application processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage fixed assets system, including additions, deletions, and depreciation.
• Review fixed asset invoices for capitalization compliance.
• Prepare fixed assets and WIP roll forward schedules.
• Support impairment analysis and asset de-recognition.
• Prepare journal entries and reports for lease accounting (ASC 842).
• Interact with stakeholders and develop dashboards.
