Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage last-mile applications connecting trading and business systems to market infrastructure.
• Ensure stable, performant market connectivity with proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Manage onboarding and certification for new market access or regulatory changes.
• Own end-to-end service health for designated applications and platforms.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents and coordinate recovery.
• Develop/run books, SLAs/SLOs, and KPIs with stakeholder reporting.
