Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a Bursa Malaysia-listed property developer for a Senior Finance Manager. You will lead full-spectrum project accounting, ensure robust cash flow management, and guide financial governance across development entities.

Partner with project teams and senior management to provide strategic insights, strengthen internal controls, and drive accurate statutory reporting, budgeting, and cost control across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active professional certification (ACCA, CPA Australia, MICPA, or CA/MIA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with exposure to property development or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-spectrum accounting, month-end closing, and statutory reporting.
• Manage project cash flows, funding needs, billing, collections, and cost reconciliations.
• Coach and develop finance team, strengthen internal controls, optimize workflows.
