Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are required.
• MBA or other postgraduate qualification adds advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing finance teams.

The role will serve as a keybusiness partner, providing strategic financial insights, supporting fundinginitiatives, and driving operational excellence within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadthe annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
  
• Monitorbusiness performance through variance analysis and provide recommendationsto support decision-making.
  
• Conductproject funding assessments and support capital allocation initiatives.
  

Financial Reporting, Governance & Compliance

• Ensuretimely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with MFRS andstatutory requirements.
