Job summary

TTRacing is seeking a Senior Executive - Finance & Accounting to keep our numbers sharp and our reporting timely as we scale across markets. You’ll own a broad slice of day-to-day accounting within a lean team and contribute to how we read and act on the numbers.

Requirements include 3–5 years in finance & accounting, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount or Xero. Growth into a Finance Manager role is a possible path.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide decisions.
• Handle tax matters (SST, corporate tax) and ensure statutory compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as needed.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with process improvements and internal controls as the company scales.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and cross-department reporting requests.

As we grow across new markets and channels, we're looking for a Senior Executive - Finance & Accounting to help keep our numbers sharp, our reporting timely, and our compliance airtight.

You’ll be a key part of a lean finance team, owning a broad slice of our day-to-day accounting while also contributing to how we read and act on the numbers.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help guide business decisions.
• Handle tax matters (SST, corporate tax) and ensure statutory compliance across all filings.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as needed.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with process improvements and internal controls as the company scales.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and cross-department reporting requests.

Who we’d love to meet

• Has 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting, ideally handling a full set of accounts.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Meticulous, organized, and comfortable owning deadlines - month-end close waits for no one.
• Confident with Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, AutoCount, Xero) is a plus.
• Understands Malaysian tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Communicates clearly - able to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to flag issues early.
