CLA Global TS Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive (Associate) to join the Finance team. The role focuses on building a strong foundation in accounting and supporting end-to-end finance operations across Malaysia and regional entities.

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Finance Executive (Associate) to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and gain exposure to end-to-end finance operations across multiple jurisdictions in a dynamic and growing environment.
Support daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
Support the preparation of financial schedules, management accounts, and financial reports.
Assist in GST/SST filing, tax-related documentation, and compliance matters.
Support XBRL preparation and statutory filing requirements under guidance.
Perform data entry, documentation, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
Support finance and accounting activities for Malaysia and regional Group entities, including Singapore, Myanmar, China, and other jurisdictions as assigned, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting and operational support.
Assist with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting requirements within the Group.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely processing of financial transactions and compliance requirements.
Assist senior team members in audit, tax, corporate compliance, and finance-related matters.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements where applicable.
Undertake ad hoc assignments and special projects as required by management.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and finance processes.
Familiarity with GST/SST and tax concepts will be an advantage.
Exposure to XBRL preparation and statutory filings will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop within a regional finance environment.
Experience supporting multi-entity or regional finance operations would be an added advantage.
