Job summary

Fairview International School is seeking a Finance Executive in Malaysia to manage bookkeeping and all finance functions for investment holdings and dormant entities. You will support financial analysis and reporting, organize contract documents, and assist with year-end audits in collaboration with auditors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and undertake the bookkeeping, finance functions (i.e. AP, AR, Fixed Assets etc.) and periodic accounting activities of Investment Holdings and Dormant entities; ensuring timely reporting and proactive in addressing the financial requirements.
• Support the compilation, coordination, and preparation of financial analysis, providing accurate and quality reporting output.
• Assist in the file management matters of the Company; coordinating effective storage and retrieval of agreement/ contract documents.
• Assist in the year-end audit and liaise with auditors and relevant parties.
• Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc financial projects/ tasks as assigned; proactive in all dealings to achieve team objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/ or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc.).
• At least one (1-2) year of experience undertaking a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with accounting software and proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and word processing etc.).
• Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
