Job summary

DMU Logistics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced professional to manage HR, payroll, and administration. The role covers accounting, compliance, and office operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will handle AR/AP, GL, bank reconciliations and monthly reports, ensuring accurate financial data, timely payroll processing, and effective communication with authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in HR and administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AR & AP, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Link financial data via internal OS to SQL accounting system.
• Monitor cash flow and forecasting for healthy operations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage office operations including procurement, vendor coordination and licenses.
• Support HR in recruitment, payroll, and statutory contributions.
