Job summary

YOFC INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects in Malaysia. You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to meet client requirements.

The role requires 2–5 years in telecom project management (OSP/FTTH/FTTO), a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, and PMP certification is a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• PMP certificate is a plus.
• 2–5 years of telecom project management experience, preferably in OSP, FTTH/FTTO.
• Ability to independently manage project execution and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project status, progress, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Manage execution of OSP, FTTH, FTTO, maintenance and other fiber optic deployments.
• Develop schedules, resources, and implementation strategies to meet timeline and budget.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet targets, quality, safety and client expectations.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, procurement, finance and operations for smooth execution.
