Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure seamless execution, supervise contractors, monitor safety and quality, and manage budgets and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of fiberisation projects: site surveys, feasibility studies, network design, implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee contractors, ensure safety, quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage budget, resources, and reporting to senior management.
• Plan network expansions and upgrades with minimal service disruption.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; drive continuous improvement and innovation.
