Behn Meyer Agricare (M) Sdn Bhd in Sandakan, Sabah, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Fertilizer Division’s day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient production, inventory control, and safe, compliant operations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance, lead a skilled operations team, monitor costs, and drive productivity while maintaining quality standards across the site.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in fertilizer/agriculture/manufacturing/logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate production, inventory and costs.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Fertilizer Division operations in Sandakan Branch.
• Plan production, blending, packing, storage and delivery activities.
• Ensure safe, efficient processes compliant with policies.
• Monitor schedules, inventory, manpower, and resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.
• Maintain machinery, equipment, facilities and site upkeep.
• Drive cost efficiency and productivity, monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team.
