Job summary

Yenher Biotech SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to assist the Plant Manager in overseeing daily feed mill operations, ensuring targets for production, quality, safety, and efficiency are met.

You will coordinate production schedules, supervise staff, and work with Maintenance, QA/QC, Warehouse and Procurement to keep production uninterrupted while maintaining GMP and environmental standards. Familiarity with SOPs and staff development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Agriculture or Engineering.
• Mandarin speaker preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager in daily feed mill operations.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor processes.
• Supervise production personnel and ensure SOPs and feed safety standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, QA/QC, Warehouse and Procurement.
• Monitor performance, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in inventory control of materials and finished products.
• Ensure GMP, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support staff training and performance monitoring.
• Perform other duties as required.
