Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of operational management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in livestock operations, food manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven track record in leading large teams and managing cross-functional operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, cost control, quality systems, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and passionate about driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Layer Farm Production, Egg House, and Logistics functions.
• Ensure production, quality, service, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and cost performance to ensure optimal business results.
• Implement cost-control initiatives and operational efficiency improvement programs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Analyze performance reports and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps and improve outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, executives, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety requirements, workplace safety standards, and operational best practices.
