QL Ansan Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd (Kulim) is seeking a seasoned Farm Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing Layer Farm Production, Egg House and Logistics. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, productivity, and safe, compliant operations across the value chain.

You will lead diverse teams, optimize resources, monitor KPIs, implement cost-control programs, and foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of operational management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in livestock operations, food manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven track record in leading large teams and cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Layer Farm Production, Egg House, and Logistics functions.
• Ensure production, quality, service, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and cost performance to ensure optimal business results.
• Implement cost-control initiatives and operational efficiency improvement programs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Analyze performance reports and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps and improve outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, executives, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety requirements, workplace safety standards, and operational best practices.
