Job summary

DKSH Malaysia seeks a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing, ensuring GMP compliance and high quality service for clients.

You will coordinate staff, contractors, and resources, implement relabeling policies, monitor material deliveries, review processes for safety and quality, and liaise with clients to resolve operational issues. Diploma in related field, 3–5 years’ experience, SAP, and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is required.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate knowledge in repacking/relabeling and GMP standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency with SAP and office productivity tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Fluency in local language and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing to meet GMP standards.
• Support managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Coordinate resources including staff, temporary workers and contractors to meet repackaging deadlines.
• Coordinate contractors, including selection, quotations, training and KPI reviews.
• Prepare repackaging specifications per client requirements.
• Monitor timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing.
• Review and suggest improvements to quality, safety and SOPs.
• Liaise with clients on operational issues and escalate as needed.

About The Role

Supervise the day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing sub-function to deliver high quality services to clients and meet good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards.

What You Will Deliver

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Execute relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards
• Coordinate resources including staff, temporary workers and contractors to utilize manpower and meet the repackaging deadlines
• Coordinate contractors including selection of contractors, quotation negotiation, training and KPI review, to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
• Prepare repackaging speciations based on client's requirements
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing
• Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety and standard operating procedures
• Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries and requests; escalate issues to manager, if necessary

What You Bring

• Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate knowledge in repacking/redressing/relabeling
• Demonstrate knowledge in good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards and practices
• Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
• Proven experience in SAP
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
