• Proven experience in SAP.
• Proficiencies in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing to meet GMP standards.
• Manage operating expenditures against budgets for resource efficiency.
• Coordinate staff, temporary workers and contractors to meet repackaging deadlines.
• Select, negotiate with and train contractors to fulfill service commitments.
• Prepare repackaging specifications based on client requirements.
• Monitor timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing.
• Review and improve quality, safety and SOPs.

About The Role

Supervise the day-to-day operations of Value-AddedServices Relabeling and Redressing sub-function todeliver high quality services to clients and meet goodmanufacturing practice (GMP) standards.

What You Will Deliver

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operatingexpenditures against operating budgets to ensureefficient usage of resources
• Execute relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with goodmanufacturing practice (GMP) standards
• Coordinate resources including staff, temporaryworkers and contractors to utilize manpower and meetthe repackaging deadlines
• Coordinate contractors including selection ofcontractors, quotation negotiation, training and KPIreview, to ensure fulfillment of contractual servicecommitments
• Prepare repackaging speciations based on client'srequirements
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials forrelabeling and redressing
• Review, analyze and suggest improvements regardingquality, safety and standard operating procedures
• Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries andrequests; escalat issues to manager, if necessary

What You Bring

• Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or relatedfield
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate knowledge inrepacking/redressing/relabeling
• Demonstrate knowledge in good manufacturingpractice (GMP) standards and practices
• Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer servicerequirements and commitment
• Proven experience in SAP
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools(e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally inEnglish, both written and spoken
